About the project woodblock writes:
Woodblock is taking responsibility seriously with a new mission statement outlining our commitment to environmental, social, and economic sustainability. From encouraging low-impact behavior in the studio to cutting down on long supply chains, we’re taking concrete steps toward a more responsible future.

Our commitment to change as an animation studio is an evolving story. From the moment we put down our pipedreams into words, it’s sparked many debates and actions. It will hopefully continue to do so. With the act of going public with this story, these goals we set for ourselves are metamorphosing into something tangible. It’s our call to action, for ourselves and for everyone around us.
"Every Day is Earth Day” is the film accompanying the Woodblock Responsibility mission statement, directed by Mette Ilene Holmriis.
In her own words:
"I'm passionate about using animation to share knowledge and raise awareness. Through this clip, I aim to inspire people to be more aware of their surroundings. Small actions can make an impact, considering we share this planet with countless living organisms.”
Join us in reducing our carbon footprint, promote sustainable industry processes, and improve the happiness of our people 💚
